SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


All purchases are shipped via Royal Mail. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered monday through Friday, excluding holidays. DNA Brazil  cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays and damaged packages. If the customer has not opted for a shipment with tracking, DNA Brazil cannot be responsible of any loss or damage caused to the parcel. A refund cannot be accepted if the goods are not returned back.

A parcel is considered as lost after 20 working days.

In case you would like to get a refund, we will refund you full costs of your purchase. We may refuse or reject receiving your return if you haven't followed our return step or if the article is damaged. Full-priced merchandise must be returned to the site within 14 days from the ship date for a refund. Please note that shipping costs from the side of the customer are non-refundable. merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged with tags attached.
